Refund policy

Returns and refunds:

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@stem-inventions.com with your order number and reason for return. You'll be guided through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.

After the item is returned and inspected, you'll receive a refund through your payment method, minus the cost of return shipping. The time it takes for your refund to be processed may vary depending on your payment provider.
